We are currently seeking a dedicated SEND Cover Supervisor to support students and contribute to their success and join a well-established and highly regarded SEN secondary school in Runcorn, Halton.

As an SEND Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Provide support to SEN students in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity in their learning experience.
* Supervise and manage the classroom environment to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by teaching staff to facilitate effective learning.
* Foster positive relationships with students and provide emotional support as needed.
* Assist with classroom management, behavior management, and ensuring that students adhere to school policies.
* Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet the unique needs of SEN students.

As a SEND Cover Supervisor, you will have:

* A compassionate and patient manner with a genuine interest in working with students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
* Prior experience in a similar role or working with SEN students is advantageous but not essential.
