Are you enthusiastic about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them reach their full potential?

A fantastic SEN school in Reading is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and anxiety. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity suitable for graduates or individuals with relevant experience who are looking to develop a career in education or care.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve working with children and young people, providing both classroom-based support and targeted 1:1 or small group interventions.

Key Details:
  • Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Reading
  • Pay: £89-£100 per day
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Start Date: ASAP

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pupils access learning, support emotional regulation, and promote positive behaviour. You will work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver consistent and child-centred support.
