This role involves working with students who have a variety of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) , Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) , and Visual Impairments (VI) .
As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide support to students, ensuring they access learning in a way that is tailored to their individual needs. Your role will involve providing one‑on‑one and small group support, helping students develop key skills such as communication, confidence, and independence.
