SEN Class Teacher - Full-Time (Permanent)

Location: North Cornwall Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-Time Salary: MPS (£30,000-£41,333) or UPS (£43,266-£46,525) + SEN1 allowance (£2,539 per annum) Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Class Teacher to join a newly opened specialist provision in North Cornwall, supporting Early Years and Key Stage 1 pupils with social communication needs and/or autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, forward-thinking team in a nurturing environment where every child is supported to thrive. You'll lead a class team of SEN Teaching Assistants and work closely with families and multi-agency professionals to deliver a personalised, inclusive curriculum.

  • Working collaboratively with a team of SEN TAs and external professionals
  • Creating a calm, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment
  • Supporting pupils' communication, emotional regulation, and independence
