SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - Temp to Perm - September Start - Chiswick

Reeson Education is working closely with a highly supportive and well-resourced Special School in West London to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
  • Supporting students across Key Stages 2-4 within small, structured classes
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and interventions
  • Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who require additional support
  • Promoting engagement, social development, and emotional well being
  • Implementing strategies from EHCPs and collaborating with therapists and support staff
