About the role

Aspire People is proud to be working in partnership with a brand-new special school catering to autistic pupils from Reception to Year 6, all of whom have additional learning needs. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher (PGCE + QTS) to play a key role in shaping a supportive and inclusive learning environment from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a class of pupils, ensuring high expectations and inclusive practice for all learners
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Working closely with families, colleagues, external agencies, and the wider school community
  • Upholding Teachers' Standards and ensuring all pupils receive an equal opportunity to succeed
  • Supporting the safeguarding and wellbeing of every child
