Qualified SEN Teacher - B9 - Starting January 2026

Location: B9
Pay Rate: £162 - £232 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
  • Provide tailored, high‑quality teaching for students with Special Educational Needs
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including SENCOs, support staff, and parents
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A compassionate, patient approach to teaching
  • Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of students
