The Role

Are you an empathetic and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 support role? • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both with the pupil and with school staff/parents.
• Is able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Is committed to promoting the highest levels of inclusion and independence for the pupil.
• Holds relevant qualifications in supporting teaching and learning or special educational needs (desirable).

Key Responsibilities

You will provide tailored 1:1 support throughout the school day, deliver targeted intervention sessions, assist the pupil in navigating social and emotional situations, help monitor and record the pupil's progress and behaviour, and prepare resources specific to the pupil's learning needs.
