The successful candidate will:
  • Lead teaching and learning for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH).
  • Create and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets.
  • Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality provision.
  • Use creative strategies to support emotional regulation, communication, and independence.
  • Monitor progress, complete assessments, and contribute to review meetings.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
