Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Li, starting as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You'll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, providing both academic and emotional support, and working closely with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging classroom experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
  • Help deliver tailored learning activities under the direction of the class teacher
  • Support pupils' emotional and social development, encouraging independence and confidence
  • Assist with behaviour management and ensure a positive, safe learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individual learning plans
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based or transferable experience welcome)
