SEN Learning Support Assistant - KS2

Tradewind Education | Camden | Start: January 2026

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm

Tradewind Education is seeking committed SEN Learning Support Assistants to support KS2 pupils in primary schools across Camden from January 2026.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have at least 6 months of SEN experience in UK primary schools or children’s centres
  • Can commit to full-time, long-term work
  • Hold a DBS on the Update Service (child workforce only) or are willing to apply for one
  • Bring a patient, positive and child-centred approach to supporting pupils with additional needs
Role responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist class teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Work collaboratively with staff, therapists and parents to ensure consistent support
