Overview

Are you an experienced HLTA with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SEN HLTA to join a welcoming primary school team in West London.

This role is based in an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) - a specialist resource base attached to the school that provides targeted support to children with a range of SEN. You will work closely with the SEN team to deliver interventions, create inclusive learning opportunities, and help children achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with diverse SEN needs

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging interventions and activities

  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

  • Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment

  • Help children develop confidence, communication, and social skills

Qualifications
  • HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong experience supporting children with SEN

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting children\'s needs
