SEN Behaviour Support Assistant – Full-Time Role

Location: Durham
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time

This SEN Behaviour Support Assistant role focuses on helping pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience and engagement with learning.

You’ll work in a specialist setting with small class sizes and strong staff support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with behavioural needs
  • Encouraging calm, positive behaviour
  • Supporting engagement with learning
  • Working as part of a supportive team
  • Acting as a positive role model

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
