Location: Ealing, West London
Contract: Term Time Only, Full-Time (January Start - July at least)
Salary: £95-105 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant to support primary‑aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and Speech & Language needs. This full‑time role begins in January and will run until at least July, with strong potential to continue beyond this.

Role Overview
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEND, including Autism and Speech & Language needs
  • Support children to access learning, follow routines, and build confidence
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions
  • Build trusting relationships to enhance engagement, progress, and wellbeing
  • Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience supporting primary‑aged children with SEND
  • Calm, patient, and consistent approach when managing different needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Background in education, SEND, or related support roles is desirable
Role Details
  • Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, Term Time Only
  • Salary: £95-105 per day (depending on experience)
  • Start: January (until at least July)
