Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • Assist in planning and delivery of engaging activities adapted to diverse needs.
  • Implement behaviour support plans to promote positive behaviour choices.
  • Help pupils develop social skills and emotional literacy through structured interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and outside agencies to ensure pupil well-being.
