Qualifications

• Experience in in-situ kitchen designs within occupied properties.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with current regulations and good practice guidelines.
• Proactive communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 'Right 1st Time' kitchen designs for social housing clients.
• Liaise closely with partnered contractors on main improvement programs.
• Manage your diary and communicate clearly for site visits.
• Ensure compliance with design brief/specification agreed with clients.
• Occasional overnight stays may be required.
