• Ability to work on-site with blue-chip clients delivering high-standard projects.
• Mentoring skills to guide junior engineers and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial security systems on client sites to high standards.
• Supervise on-site activities and support the Project Manager.
• Mentor junior engineers and trainees, promoting best practices.
• Perform fault-finding and maintenance when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Travel extensively across the UK and occasional work in mainland Europe.
