The impact you will have:

  • Provide operations support for cloud environments, SaaS applications, and related information security technology assets
  • Deploy endpoints to our remote workforce
  • Develop and maintain technical support/knowledge base
  • Develop Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance
  • Develop and optimize installation, operations, and configuration procedures
  • Assist with the secure integration of cloud applications and infrastructure
  • Assist with implementing highly-available hardware and software systems across multiple operating systems.
  • Support the rollout and enforcement of security policies such as IAM, IGA and endpoint protection.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience supporting applications, desktop and mobile devices, and related IT infrastructure solutions in a cloud-only organization
  • A long history of providing excellent customer service
  • Experience applying a risk-based approach to decision making
  • Ability to distill a technical topic down for a wide audience
  • 2+ years of experience providing top-tier technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
  • Familiarity with device management software (Jamf, Microsoft Intune, etc.)
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Entra ID, Intune, VMs, etc.)
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, UK Cyber Essentials
  • Foundational networking knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
