Job description
Security Architect (DV Cleared) – Contract

Rate: £525 per day (Inside IR35, PAYE)

Duration: 6 months initially, with potential extension up to 9 months

Start: ASAP (subject to BPSS)

Clearance: Active DV clearance required

Working Pattern: Full-time onsite (secure environment)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced DV-cleared Security Architect to join a Joint Design Team (JDT) on a high-profile, secure government programme.

Reporting to the Design Team Security Lead, you will ensure that Managed Service Provider (MSP) designs and implementations meet the required security standards. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, this role requires full-time onsite attendance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assure high-level and low-level security designs
  • Assess MSP security compliance tests and assurance activities
  • Review security cases, risks, design decisions, and mitigations
  • Conduct formal security assessments要
  • Maintain and administer Risk Management software (STREAM)
  • Provide clear security advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and the client
