Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support on securitisation transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex deals.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documentation such as offering memoranda, security agreements, trust deeds, and ancillary documents.
  • Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with securitisation structures.
  • Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends impacting securitisation and provide guidance accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
  • You must have the right to work and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
  • Strong academic credentials and proven experience in securitisation and structured finance matters.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic, business‑focused solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience gained in leading law firms or high‑quality in‑house teams is advantageous.
