  • Zero Morning Mayhem: Get booked in advance with our friendly SMS system

  • Warm Welcomes: We only work with schools we know, trust, and rate

  • Weekly Pay (PAYE): No umbrella faff, just prompt and clear payments

  • Free CPD: Access Thrive training, SEND strategies, and behaviour support modules

  • Social Events: Pizza nights, quiz battles, bowling. All the good stuff

  • Referral Rewards: Know someone fab? Get £50 when they join our crew

Who You Are:

✅ You’ve got UK teaching qualifications or relevant classroom experience
✅ You’re happy to jump into new schools and hit the ground smiling
✅ You’re reliable, adaptable, and confident managing behaviour
✅ You care. About kids, classrooms, and leaving things better than you found them

The Extras That Matter:

  • No planning (unless you fancy it)

  • Support from a local consultant who actually listens
