Qualifications

• Two or more additional qualifications like Powerboat Instructor, Race Coach or Wing Surf Instructor.
• A solid understanding of watersports equipment and associated safety procedures.
• Ability to assist guests with rigging and de-rigging dinghy and windsurf kit.

• Deliver outstanding watersports instruction.
• Ensure the highest standard of health and safety is adhered to.
• Prepare suitable experience and ability-based sessions.
