Overview

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be reliable and flexible in what hours you can work. There may be the chance of extra hours if we're busy. You should be approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as part of a team.
• Be willing and able to help out in our local Tesco concession space.
• Merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.

Key Information about this role:

• Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds - £11.15 per hour; 21-year-old plus - £12.36 per hour.
• Contract end date: 3rd January 2026.
• Our stores are open 7 days a week; you will need to be able to support us at weekends including Sundays.
• Hours available for this store: a 12-hour per week contract (4-hour shifts over 3 days or two 6-hour shifts) or an 8-hour per week contract (typically 4-hour shifts over 2 days, or one full day).
• There may also be an opportunity to work extra hours, depending on trade.
• All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts require working on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve – some of the busiest days of the year.
