Your Mission

Lead the charge in search performance, both SEO and PPC, to drive visibility, intent, and conversion for our multicategory portfolio. You'll shape strategy, optimise campaigns, and collaborate across teams to deliver results that matter.

This role is based at our Hammersmith office in London and requires on-site presence at least three days per week. To be eligible, you must have the right to work in the UK.

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute a unified search strategy across paid and organic channels, aligned with commercial goals and regulatory standards.
  • Architect full-funnel campaigns to capture demand and scale efficiently.
  • Optimise targeting, keyword strategy, and landing pages to boost relevance and conversion.
  • Apply automation, audience layering, and technical SEO best practices to enhance performance.
  • Partner with Web, Brand, Content, Analytics, and agencies to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, refining ad copy, bidding strategies, and content based on insights.
  • Drive SEO content strategy with local agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and conversion focus.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that informs planning and investment decisions.
  • Ensure all activity complies with PMI policies, UK regulations, and GDPR.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience leading PPC and SEO strategies at scale, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, CM360, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • Deep understanding of bid automation, audience strategies, technical SEO, and CRO.
  • Strong skills in ad copywriting, content briefing, and data storytelling.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and compliance-first mindset, with agency management experience.
