Location: Hybrid working model with 3 days in our Central London office

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join the team as a Search Marketing Coordinator. This role is extremely fast paced, so a highly organised and self-motivated individual is essential.

Reporting into the Search Marketing Manager, but working closely with the wider Marketing team, this role is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the digital strategy across Paid Search, SEO and Affiliates for PANDORA British Isles. The role will constitute a key interface between teams.

What To Expect From The Role

  • Develop digital-specific activities to support our content and commerce strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with media agencies to execute performance marketing campaigns to a high standard.
  • Lead the briefing process with agencies, presenting campaign calendars and coordinating brand guidelines by writing and signing off specific copy/creative assets.
  • Work with wider Paid Media and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimisation across all channels.
  • Facilitate relationships between UK, regional, and global digital marketing teams, sharing learnings and pioneering the UK as a leading market.
  • Create, consolidate, and share digital post-campaign analysis with the Marketing department.

Search (PPC & SEO)

  • Support Search Marketing Manager and Search agency in driving strategy, innovation, and results.
  • Monitor and manage weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reporting to ensure channels meet eCommerce revenue and traffic targets.
  • Manage agency relationships, including organising meetings, QBRs, and leading weekly calls.
  • Assist with campaign planning, supplying commercial calendars, ad copy, and creative assets.
  • Manage and maintain the product feed, incorporating recommendations and best practices.
  • Liaise with eCommerce teams to ensure SEO on-site optimisations are implemented.
  • Lead SEO link-building campaigns to drive high-quality outreach, backlinks, and content.
  • Adopt a test-and-learn approach, staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new platform features.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Own the affiliate channel and agency relationship, supported by the Search Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, including supplying commercial calendars, ad copy, and creative assets.
  • Oversee budget management and allocation, with a strategic approach to commissions, tenancy placements, and campaign opportunities.
  • Support innovative tactics for programme growth to determine channel strategy, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Manage affiliate network and partner relationships, including forging new contacts, networking, and sign-off of brand-safe publishers.
  • Drive commercial results and meet eCommerce revenue targets through detailed analysis of campaign performance, using insights to grow programme performance.
  • Execute day-to-day tasks, including affiliate newsletters, transaction enquiries, and cancellations.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role within the retail sector.
  • Expertise in core digital channels, including PPC, SEO, and Affiliates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and analytical, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  • Enthusiasm, positive attitude, energy, and passion for digital marketing.
  • Results-focused and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies and advertising solutions in the industry.
