We create environments where experts can contribute openly and where clients gain clear, actionable insight. In this role, you’ll work across a diverse range of therapy areas, collaborate with international experts, and play a central part in guiding scientific discussion that informs strategic decisions.

This position is ideal for candidates from Medical Affairs, MSL, Field Application Specialist, medical communications, or scientific consultancy backgrounds who enjoy scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and leading structured expert discussions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and facilitate client calls, scientific discussions and advisory meetings (virtual and in-person) with clinicians, researchers, healthcare system leaders, and patient representatives
  • Work directly with pharma clients to shape programme content, objectives, and strategic advisory event design
  • Guide global expert groups through structured scientific conversations and decision-making frameworks using specialist training and proprietary software
  • Capture insight in real time and deliver concise, structured reports that summarise debate and support client decision-making
  • Manage and coordinate project delivery with internal cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and expert stakeholders
  • Support business development activities, including proposals and exploratory discussions with clients
What We’re Looking For (Essential)
  • Degree (or PhD) in a biological or medical discipline
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, scientific consultancy, or medical communications
  • Direct experience engaging with expert stakeholders or working in a client-facing role
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, think strategically, and ask insightful scientific questions
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, dynamic, and consultative mindset
Desirable
  • 5+ years of commercial or industry experience (pharma, biotech, medical affairs, market access, clinical development, medical communications)
  • Experience running or supporting advisory boards or other insight-driven scientific meetings
  • Higher degree (MSc / PhD)
  • Familiarity with medical affairs environments and the broader drug development landscape
What We Offer
  • Flexible remote or hybrid working
  • 10% Bonus
  • A supportive, collaborative, agile team culture
  • Work across varied therapy areas with international expert communities
  • Opportunities to travel to global scientific and advisory meetings
  • Full training in our consultancy model, facilitation techniques, and proprietary software
  • The opportunity to shape scientific debate that influences global healthcare decisions
  • Permanent, full-time role with strong opportunities for growth within a fast-growing organisation
