Location – Oxford OX1
Salary – £11.44ph

Are you looking to gain some experience in a scientific environment? Do you have great Customer Service Skills?

A leading and successful provider of analytical testing and Environmental services is currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join the team at their environmental testing Lab in Didcot, Oxfordshire, on a temp to perm basis. Ideal if you have some prior experience in Customer Service and some background in a Scientific Environment such as a Scientific Degree or experience working in a lab.

Role Overview
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the company's clients, predominantly via phone and email.
  • Administrative tasks including invoicing, booking sample collections, and resolving customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Temporary to permanent, full-time role Monday-Friday. 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm).
Requirements
  • A background in Science is highly beneficial, this could be from an academic or professional environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential, ideally developed during experience in a similar role.
  • Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be immediately available to begin.
