Overview

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Science Technician to work in an exceptional School in central Hull, starting ASAP and lasting initially until 24 October. This is to cover a period of absence, so the exact length of time is uncertain but may extend. Payment for this position will be between 100 and 115 per day depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours: 9:30 - 4:30.

Responsibilities

• Prepare experiments received in requisitions from teachers and ensure health and safety is properly adhered to.
• Assist students with practical work and run demonstrations if desired.

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification in a science background.
• Experience working within UK schools is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• CV must cover the full CV history.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
