Affinity Workforce Solutions is currently looking for passionate and committed teachers to deliver high‑quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, starting in February at a school in Swindon. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and contribute to their academic and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, tailored to the national curriculum and student needs.
  • Support students' progress and development.
  • Encourage a learning experience that accelerates student achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate assessment and feedback in line with school policy.
  • Maintain discipline and promote high standards of behaviour and work.
  • Deploy classroom support effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Track student attainment and progress using departmental systems.
  • Provide written and verbal feedback to support student growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
  • A valid teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
  • The right to work in the UK.
