Contract: Maternity Cover (Full-Time)
Daily Rate: .57 (dependent on experience and pay scale)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity from September 2025? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified Science Teacher to cover a maternity leave in a welcoming secondary school in Derby.

This is an excellent chance for both experienced teachers and ECTs to make a real impact, delivering engaging lessons and inspiring a love of science in pupils across KS3 and KS4.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or general Science)

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Excellent classroom management skills and adaptability
