About the role: We are recruiting for a field-based officer in the Schools and Colleges Engagement team within the Corporate Marketing Directorate to deliver the local undergraduate student recruitment strategy across the East of England. The role is field-based and will work primarily in the regions of Norfolk and Suffolk.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with schools, sixth forms, colleges, and ARU campuses.
  • Deliver inspiring events such as taster days, workshops and presentations.
  • Work face-to-face with prospective students to help them explore ARU and future opportunities.
  • Manage logistics, using data to demonstrate impact and working to budgets.
  • Travel regularly within the region and occasionally work evenings and weekends. All work-related travel is reimbursed in line with ARU expenses policy.
Requirements
  • With a degree, part-qualified professional qualification, or equivalent experience, you will bring a positive, proactive and creative approach.
  • Highly organised and confident working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Additional expectations: This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with regular travel across the region and occasional out-of-hours work. All work-related travel is reimbursed in line with ARU expenses policy.
