Education and training

The Role

Are you a caring and adaptable individual with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of students with diverse needs? Academics is currently seeking dedicated SEN Support Workers to join a specialist school in Wickford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised support for students, including assistance with mobility, feeding, and changing where required
  • Support pupils' learning, communication, and social development
  • Adapt approaches to meet individual learning and care needs
  • Build a nurturing, safe, and positive environment where all students can thrive
  • Engage learners in fun, creative ways - a drama or playful background is always a plus!
