A local secondary school is seeking an organised Office Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the school, actively engage with students, parents, and staff while demonstrating effective communication skills. Merstham Park School is seeking an organised, friendly and flexible Office Admin Assistant to join our supportive team on a fixed-term basis until 17 July 2026.
As a key member of our school office, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will look after students’ needs, support colleagues and provide a professional and friendly point of contact to all parents and visitors. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role, ideally at a secondary school, and should have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need a warm, caring and professional manner at all times, as you will be dealing face to face with students, parents and carers daily.
