Competitive salary plus benefits
Our client is a flourishing, forward‑thinking co‑educational IAPS prep school preparing its 306 pupils for a range of senior schools, both locally and nationally. A number of children win scholarships to their senior schools as they move on to the likes of Abingdon, Bradfield, St Edward's, Pangbourne, Downe House, Marlborough, The Oratory and Radley College.
This is a varied and busy position that requires a caring nature, flexibility, initiative, stamina and a sense of humour. The primary purpose of the role is to support the health care of the pupils across the school (Nursery to Yr8) and to provide administrative support. To be effective the Day Matron must coordinate well with colleagues, including the teaching staff, the School Office and the Catering Team, and also with parents.
This is a wonderful place to work, alongside a staff body who take their work seriously but are less serious about themselves. The successful candidate can expect considerable employee benefits, including an excellent salary.
For full details, please apply online or call (phone number removed).
The closing date is Monday 1 December 2025 (noon). Interviews will follow shortly thereafter.
