A leading services provider is seeking a School Cleaning Supervisor in East Ardsley. The role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating schedules. Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced School Cleaning Supervisor (Facilities Assistant) to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, secure, fully functional and Health & Safety compliant. You will be joining our Total FM Team based at East Ardsley Primary School – Wakefield WF3
Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors.We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
As a working supervisor - You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day provision of an effective, professional cleaning service focused on service delivery, providing supervision and guidance to staff.You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
This is a Permanent Role 22½ hours per week – working 2.30pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday during term time - then during the school holidays to work your hours during the day.
