A leading housing association in Greater London is seeking a Coordinator to support their Minor Projects team. This full-time, 6-month fixed term role involves scheduling operatives, liaising with various teams, and managing project progress. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in customer repair and scheduling. The position allows for hybrid working, contributing to a balanced work/life experience.

LiveWest, a forward thinking housing association, is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Inhouse Maintenance Service (IMS) central support hub, where you will be supporting our Minor Projects team, including Minor Works and Roofing team. As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the scheduling and managing of operatives diaries. You will liaise with our Property Team Managers, our IMS team, and suppliers to support customer and business requests, ensuring we meet our agreed timeframes.

This is a full time, 6 month fixed term contract and will be based in our Exeter office. A hybrid working style is an option with 2 - 3 days in the office, dependent on business need.
