Our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team here at Severn Trent is a critical part of our Field and Contact Centre Operations and we're recruiting a Schedule & Delivery Technician to join the team on a permanent basis. They are responsible for making sure our field operations in Water and Waste are on time and right first time, across the region. As a Schedule & Delivery Technician, you'll liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, the local planning authorities, and customers to schedule crucial emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works. You will manage our workflow by reallocating work in a day as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business needs. You will ensure that we meet customer expectations and targets by managing real-time workflows against service levels and Key Performance Indicators. In this role, you'll be based at our Raynesway site where you'll work 37 hours per week between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Experience in scheduling or field operations planning, and the ability to work cross-functionally with external suppliers, field teams, authorities, and customers. Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate under pressure and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining service levels.
