Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and go \u2018the extra mile\u2019 for every customer
• Assess customers\' needs, and recommend Pets Corner products and services
• Maintain high store standards: products fully stocked, well presented, clean, with good shelf life
• Keep up to date with pricing, promotions and merchandising

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Pets Corner vision, products, and values
• Confident, positive and helpful approach
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships with customers and their pets
• Ability to naturally engage with customers
• Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training and development
