What is it like being a Hygienist at Rodericks Dental Partners?

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be the caring and empathetic specialist in dental hygiene. This key role involves preventing and treating periodontal disease, promoting good oral health, and being a trusted community authority for both existing and new patients. You’ll be supported by your team at the practice and by the clinical team, who are always there to help you.

Our Commitment to You

At Rodericks Dental Partners, we are committed to improving lives through quality dentistry – together. We reward you financially and personally as you develop your career with great incentives, recognition, and opportunities.

Career Progression

With your skills and experience, you will play a key role in delivering quality dentistry in your community. Your focus on report accuracy, understanding of the latest techniques, and ambition will help you grow professionally and beyond.

Our People

We have experienced leaders who are passionate about dentistry. We believe our reputation depends on our people, which is why we foster an environment where you can thrive, succeed, grow, and progress into leadership, management, or specialist roles.

Clinically Led Care

Following the 2022 merger of two leading dentist groups, we are expanding across the UK. Our clinical freedom allows us to tailor solutions to each patient. If you aim to grow your skills and career, we want to hear from you.

Community Focus

Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. Practices have the freedom to serve their communities and promote oral health through education. Your passion will be evident in how you lead by example and help patients understand their treatment options.

Rewards and Flexibility

We offer a rewarding pay structure and 'Win-together' rewards that recognize individual and team performance. We support work-life balance, including flexibility for childcare and other commitments.
