Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in the UK is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Architect to contribute to large-scale transformation programs. You will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Inventory Management, and Retail Master Data to lead design workshops, develop functional specifications, and support testing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP MM and demonstrate excellent documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in leading design workshops and translating business requirements into SAP master data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with procurement scenarios including direct and indirect procurement.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC/S/4HANA with third-party WMS and supply chain systems.

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP Master Data Architect with strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Procurement, Inventory Management, and Retail Master Data to design, standardize, and govern master data within large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into SAP master data solutions

Design and configure SAP S / 4HANA procurement and inventory-related master data

Create functional specifications and process documentation

Support testing (unit, integration, E2E), defect resolution, and RCA

Work closely with business process owners and IT teams to ensure template adherence

Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities

Required Experience & Skills

Strong experience in SAP MM, Sourcing & Procurement, and Inventory Management

Deep knowledge of Retail Master Data

Hands‑on experience with procurement scenarios : direct / indirect procurement, pricing, stock transfers, vendor consignment, VMI

Experience integrating SAP ECC / S / 4HANA with 3rd-party WMS and supply chain systems
