A global testing and certification company is seeking to fill a role in a Food Laboratory in Cramlington. Responsibilities
  • Registering samples in a timely manner by accurately following standard operating procedures for the registration and storage of samples
  • Carry out sensory analysis on samples and complete forms accurately according to standard operating procedures - this involves touch / smell / look
  • Accurately photograph samples and file and present photos ready for customer reports
  • Manage customer queries for retail customers as needed. Liaise and correspond proactively on all issues, communicating via telephone and email
