A leading technology consulting firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to help clients maximize their investment in Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid functional consultancy experience, and Salesforce certifications, and be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. This role supports a hybrid working model, emphasizing flexibility and work-life balance. Candidates will assist in configuring Salesforce features and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

The Salesforce practice is one of the fastest growing areas within Capgemini UK and focuses on helping our clients achieve business value through the use of Salesforce.com, the world's number one cloud based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution.
Working closely with clients, you'll analyse exactly what they need through a series of client meetings, facilitated workshops and stakeholder interviews. You'll play back the requirements and prepare functional documentation to exceed client expectations using your deep functional Salesforce product knowledge and understanding of core Salesforce configuration (Sales/Service) and software features. But whatever the project, you'll indulge your passion for Salesforce and CRM and your love of exploring ideas. And qualities like these will help you become the person clients turn to when they face their most complex challenges.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
You'll be working very closely with some of the world's largest clients to understand their complex business processes and requirements, you'll help them develop Sales/Service and wider Salesforce solutions whilst adding business value and innovation through your extensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
