We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to design, build, and optimize high-performance digital experiences for our customers, partners, and employees. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to create custom, branded communities and portals that integrate seamlessly with our broader Salesforce ecosystem and external systems.

You will be a key player in transforming business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience Cloud Development & Customization (Primary Focus)
• Design & Build: Architect, build, and customize Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and the Experience Builder.
• User Experience: Design intuitive site architecture, navigation structures, and implement branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Access Management: Configure and manage community member access, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Security: Implement and manage data visibility, authentication mechanisms (including SSO), and security for external users.
• Custom Development: Salesforce Stack: Develop robust solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Automation: Create automation processes using triggers, batch Apex classes, and schedulable jobs.
• Reusability: Build reusable, efficient components and frameworks to accelerate development and ensure consistency.
• System Configuration & Integration: Platform Configuration: Configure core Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, flows, approval processes, and security settings.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud and core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) with external third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable data models and object relationships.
• Query Optimization: Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and quality through validation rules, duplication rules, and managed data feeds.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Expert proficiency in building and customizing Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Experience Builder.
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud site architecture, navigation, branding, and member management.
• Deep, practical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with familiarity across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Connect.
• Skilled in configuring security models, managing data visibility, and implementing authentication (including SSO) for external users.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative configuration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center).
