Overview

Our client is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the stability, optimisation, and ongoing development of its Salesforce platform. The role supports a complex Service Cloud and Zuora subscription environment and plays a key part in client’s AI-driven transformation , including Agentforce for Service and Einstein for Service.

You will own advanced BAU work, act as a Salesforce SME, and collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient solutions while helping shape client’s AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own advanced Salesforce administration and complex BAU support.
  • Design, build, and optimise Flows, automations, and error handling .
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations, APIs, and Zuora / MPP subscription logic .
  • Manage releases with developers, including deployments and sandbox alignment.
  • Lead configuration and expansion of Agentforce for Service (agents, actions, reasoning, testing).
  • Support Einstein for Service features (Email Drafts, Article Recommendations, Case Wrap-Up, Case Classification, Copilot Actions).
  • Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain platform health, data quality, governance, and documentation (Jira / Confluence).
  • Support training and adoption of AI and automation features.
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Strong Service Cloud experience in complex environments.
  • Expert-level Flow design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with deployments, devops / change sets, and sandbox management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, Omni-Channel, and case routing.
  • Experience in a senior admin or advanced second-line Salesforce role.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience.
Desirable
  • Experience with Agentforce OR Einstein for Service .
  • Knowledge of Zuora or subscription platforms .
  • Exposure to Data Cloud or Next Best Action .
  • Agentforce Specialist or relevant Trailhead certifications.
