Role Overview

SF Recruitment are supporting a client with the recruitment of a proactive and motivated Internal Sales / Sales Support Executive to join their growing Sales Team. This is a key internal role focused on supporting existing customer accounts, assisting the external sales function, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for producing quotations and tender documentation, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to visit new or existing customers if required. There may also be times where additional office support is needed during busy periods or staff cover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate quotations and complete tender documentation
  • Manage inbound enquiries, leads, and follow-up activity
  • Support and develop existing customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential key accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions
  • Coordinate orders with internal teams and communicate updates to customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead follow-ups
