Job description

Manpower is currently looking for a Sales Support Executive to work with our global FMCG client, renowned for brands such as Magnum, Carte d'Or, Cornetto, Walls, and become an integral part of their fast‑paced FMCG environment. This is a full‑time temporary role for 3 months requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up from £42,000 to £52,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. The role offers remote working with occasional visits to Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.

Role Purpose

To provide essential commercial and administrative support to the Out of Home Wholesale team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth back‑office operations across invoicing, pricing, rebates, and customer file maintenance to keep customer delivery uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice & Financial Administration: Process customer invoices accurately and on time, reconcile invoice discrepancies and support resolution of customer queries, support the tracking and validation of commercial spend.
  • Rebate & Claims Support: Maintain up‑to‑date rebate trackers for key wholesale partners, process customer claims ensuring alignment with agreed terms and internal guidelines, support end‑period accruals by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Pricing & File Management: Maintain customer price files, ensuring accuracy across all products and channels, support implementation of price changes including communication and system updates, conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity and correct alignment between systems.
  • Commercial Data & Reporting: Provide weekly commercial reports and support ad‑hoc data requests from the team, assist with maintaining customer performance dashboards and internal trackers.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer commitments, support account teams with administrative tasks, document preparation, and internal processes.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in commercial support, sales administration, finance admin, or a similar back‑office function (FMCG experience beneficial).
  • Strong Excel capability (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
