Role

Your Part in It: Working from our Egham Office we are looking for our next Sales Support Coordinator. You will be providing administrative, pricing & commercial support to our Sales team and customers.

Your work will support our International Sales team, and you will work directly with customers to ensure excellent relationships are maintained. This opportunity is ideal for anyone looking to further their career in the logistics field as our international team is rapidly growing.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative, pricing & commercial support to the international sales team and ensures excellent customer relationships
  • Receives and handles pricing inquiries, collects accurate information for pricing - procurement; + 300 quotes /month generated regularly
  • Issues, completes, and distributes quotes within assigned product and direction: Manages regular or ad-hoc quotes updates of all assigned accounts
  • Ensures customers' price/service demands are handled in a timely and professional manner with both pre-sales and after-sales assistance
  • Conducts post-sales follow up with assigned key customers to develop customer/business retention and increased GP/transactions
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 3-5 years in a similar position; preferably in the freight forwarding/Logistics industry; multi-modal preferred
  • Broad commercial and operational experience in the sector
  • Capable to independently expand the air & ocean freight department and make it profitable / increase profitability
  • Knowledge of ocean carriers pricing and inside sales experience is an asset
  • Relevant experience with CargoWise, Cargosphere or other pricing/quoting platforms will be helpful to succeed in this role
  • Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
  • Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!
