We are recruiting a Sales Support Advisor to join a busy commercial team, providing high-quality sales support across customer enquiries, project coordination and internal sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, data accuracy and playing a key role in enabling successful sales outcomes.

As a Sales Support Advisor, you will act as a central point of contact for incoming enquiries, delivering professional sales support while working closely with internal sales teams to convert opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support Advisor

  • Provide first-line sales support for customer enquiries, including product information and selection guidance.
  • Capture, qualify and log sales leads accurately within the CRM system to support sales pipelines.
  • Deliver proactive sales support by coordinating enquiries, quotations and project updates with internal teams.
  • Maintain and cleanse CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and effective sales support activity.
  • Follow up responses from marketing campaigns and events to develop qualified leads.
  • Carry out basic product sizing and selection processes (training provided).
  • Provide consistent sales support via phone, email and digital channels to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support external sales teams by updating project and customer information.
  • Ensure all work aligns with internal quality, environmental and compliance standards.
