Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to support our aircraft parts sales and logistics activities. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth parts fulfilment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, follow up on leads, and process orders efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide expert guidance on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Inventory & Procurement
  • Support stock control by monitoring inventory levels and assisting with parts sourcing.
  • Help price aircraft and parts inventories to support purchasing decisions.
Order Fulfilment & Logistics
  • Work closely with the Stores team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Manage shipping documentation and support goods receiving processes.
  • Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery status.
Marketing & Communication
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials and support marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with both internal teams and external customers.
Health & Safety
  • Uphold all company and industry-specific health, safety, and aviation compliance standards.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with a track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident phone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
