  • Sales Progression
    • Managing agreed sales from offer stage through to completion
    • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
    • Chasing progress, resolving issues and keeping moving
    • Providing regular updates to all parties
  • Sales Negotiation
    • Handling buyer enquiries and registering applicants
    • Booking and conducting property viewings
    • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
    • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
About You
  • Previous experience in estate agency essential
  • Experience in sales progression and/or sales negotiation preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sales at once
  • Proactive, professional and customer-focused
